INTRODUCTION:
What are you testing?
- Photography: framing, composition.
- Typography: size, colour, serif/sans serif.
- Video: framing, composition, movement.
- Layout of page.
- Editing techniques: transitions, effects like slow motion, etc.
Why are you testing it?
- What skill are you trying to develop?
Camera angles in the photography and the difference in lighting and what effect it has in certain settings. the use of these skills allows me to develop the look of certain pictures and also allows me to apply it to all different types of pictures in the photography industry.
- What meaning are you trying to construct?
What is the target audience for this test?
The main target audience for the magazine is 16-25 year olds, predominantly males and middle class.
What impact do you think your test would have in your final product?
